Seeing a need in the industry for a independent destination management company, Judi Havill formed On-Site Productions in 1986 focusing on assisting political, pharmaceutical and insurance groups with their conferences, board meetings and other special events. Over the last 23 years, she has grown the business to include meeting and event planning and has organized functions through-out the United States and Europe, including managing corporate meetings and golf tournaments at St. Andrews and Glen Eagles, Scotland.
On-Site Productions offers clients a team of full-time career professionals from the meeting and event management industries. The senior staff has a combined experience of over 60 years in all aspects of meeting management.

Judi Havill, President
Judi Havill has thirty years of experience in the hospitality, meeting planning and destination management industry. In the course of her international career, she served as a conference coordinator for King Edwards Hospital Fund and Conference Manager for Industrial Society in London, handling over 45 multi-day meetings annually. Upon arriving in the United States, Havill was an integral member of the events and travel logistics team of Ringling Brothers Barnum & Bailey Circus, Red & Blue units. Havill joined the Sheraton Washington Hotel (now Marriott Wardman Park), as an Assistant Hotel Manager and was responsible for all aspects of hotel operations of the 1505 room hotel. She then joined Andrews Barlett, one of the largest theme decorating and trade show companies, as Event Sales Manager where she created and implemented theme and tradeshow décor for some of the largest trade shows and corporate themed events in the country. Upon leaving AB, Havill worked with many of the top incentive companies in the United States as a Senior Trip Director.
Judi Havill formed On-Site Productions over 23 years ago and has enjoyed ongoing working relationships with numerous political, pharmaceutical, insurance groups as well as Fortune 500 companies. Havill also created the destination management workbook on behalf of George Washington University and taught courses on Destination/Meeting Management in Jordan.
Patricia Pagliuco, Director of Meetings & Events
Patricia Pagliuco, CMM, CMP, has spent over 25 years working in the corporate environment, with CNA Insurance producing conferences and meetings around the world. She directed a team that managed 300 programs per year including Annual Meetings, Training Meetings, Sales and Board Meetings, and Incentive Meetings.
Pagliuco was involved with conference and event activities in conjunction with the Super Bowl, Summer ('04,'08) and Winter Olympics ('02) . She holds accreditation as a CMP (certified meeting professional) and CMM (consultant in meeting management), the highest credentials in the meetings industry. She is a member of the Meeting Professional International (MPI), Professional Convention Management Association (PCMA) and Finance Insurance Conference Planners Association (FICPA).
Dr. Sharon Drake Petro, Golf Educational Programs
Dr. Sharon Drake Petro created her company, Head Coaching, in 1998 to share her passion for sport psychology with others. Her approach helps the golfer remain focused on their goal-improved performance, both on the course and in business. She understands the competitive individual in a context larger than the athletic environment and she can assess a situation with the speed and accuracy needed to facilitate effective change. It is this insight that led Dr. Petro to develop The WIN (What's Important Now?) Method. Sharon earned her Ph.D in applied sports psychology at the University of Virginia. Additionally, she holds an M.S. and B.S. in Health and Physical education.
Kevin Olivera, Entertainment Producer
Kevin Olivera is an award winning Entertainment Producer, having won in the Entertainment Production category of the International Special Event Society Capital Awards in 2006 and 2009. Olivera has been involved in the production of events for the 2001 and 2005 Presidential Inauguration as well as concerts and other major productions.

Linda Ferri, Speaker
Linda Ferri, president of Advanse International, has more than 25 years of experience in accompanying European, North African and North American companies and institutions in their international development - from preparing and implementing international development strategies, to identifying and negotiating with strategic partners, researching and implementing foreign direct investments, and incubating US operations of foreign clients (for which she often serves as director of operations). Ms. Ferri helps clients achieve international growth and profitability by leveraging partnerships across the business spectrum, from operations, marketing and finance to administration and logistics.
A cum laude graduate of Georgetown University with a degree in Arabic and international business, Ms. Ferri also holds an International Executive Education Certificate from Georgetown University in international finance and global markets. She has traveled extensively in Europe and North Africa; has studied in Fiesole, Italy and in Dijon, France; and is fluent in Italian and French and conversant in Arabic.
